"With over five years’ experience in the business world, I’ve built a career rooted in passion, hard work, and a genuine drive to help others succeed. My journey began with a fascination for entrepreneurship and a hunger to create real value — not just in profit, but in purpose.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a diverse skill set across communication, operational planning, and strategic problem-solving. I take pride in identifying ways businesses can save time and money, working closely with clients to implement efficient, long-lasting solutions. For me, it’s not just about short-term wins — it’s about building long-term partnerships based on trust, results, and growth.
Co-founding M&O Business Solutions has allowed me to channel my experience into something greater: helping businesses across Britain simplify the complex, cut through the noise, and operate with clarity. I’m also passionate about inspiring others — particularly young professionals — to enter the business world with confidence, curiosity, and resilience.
Away from the desk, you’ll find me immersed in property, football, Thai boxing, and adrenaline-filled adventures — or simply spending time with family and giving back to those in need. Everything I do is driven by the desire for personal freedom, professional growth, and leaving a lasting, positive impact."

"Growing up, I always aspired to join the fire service — I was drawn to the idea of making a difference and staying calm under pressure. However, after being diagnosed with epilepsy, I had to take a different direction. That change led me into the world of finance — and I haven’t looked back since.
I retrained and built a career in accountancy, working across a variety of businesses, from agile SMEs to large PLCs and traditional accountancy firms. This hands-on experience gave me a strong understanding of the financial challenges businesses face daily.
Eventually, I transitioned into business development roles, where I discovered my real passion: helping businesses find smarter, more efficient ways to operate, grow, and save money. That passion — combined with my financial background — became the foundation for M&O Business Solutions.
Today, I use the skills and insight I’ve gained to help businesses take control of their costs, streamline operations, and build something sustainable. I know what it’s like to start from scratch and adapt when life takes an unexpected turn — and that resilience is something I bring into every client relationship."
