Absolutely. We’re happy to review your current contracts to check if you’re on the most competitive terms. If we can find a better option or renegotiate for you, we’ll guide you through the switch seamlessly.

5. Can you support multi-site businesses?

Yes. We regularly help businesses with multiple premises consolidate their accounts and often unlock group discounts that reduce overall costs.

6. What do I need to provide for a quote?

To get started, we’ll need:

  • A signed Letter of Authority (LOA)

  • A copy of your most recent utility bill or service invoice

This allows us to access your usage data and request accurate, tailored quotes from suppliers on your behalf.

7. Where can I find a Letter of Authority (LOA) and how do I get it signed?

To begin the tendering process and obtain competitive utility rates, we require a signed LOA and a recent copy of your utility bill. You can arrange this easily:

  • Download a standard LOA using the link provided anywhere on our site or here.

  • Email us at info@mo-bs.co.uk to request an LOA for electronic signature.

  • Prefer a face-to-face approach? We're happy to visit your site and collect the signature in person.
